The truth about making “$30,098” on a trade

Nothing against him, but the influencer trading industry needs to stop doing this. When I first started trading years ago, YouTube videos on day trading were designed to make you a better trader. They were boring and educational. They taught proper habits and realistic expectations. In the last few years, the trading industry has quickly switched to showing off Ferraris and big winning trades to get as many followers as possible. Nothing is wrong with showing off and motivating people to make more money, but by normalizing “$16,000” trades and “$30,000” trades, influencers are knowingly influencing new traders to think that’s normal and that they should be risking large amounts of money to make large returns. This mindset is one of the most detrimental factors stunting traders from succeeding.
