Now I don't know the future of NVDA or the stock market, no one does, but what I do know is that a lot of new traders have a habit of fighting the market. You see a stock that's "overbought" and immediately want to short it, but the thing is, there are a few big reasons why this day trading strategy is wrong. #1 The stock market is ALWAYS right. The market is priced by trillions of dollars of investors who know better than you or I. #2 That line of thinking is the same as predicting the future and thinking you know better than the stock market about how the stock should be priced #3 You're fighting the market trend and seeing what you WANT to see rather than what's actually happening. Stick to objective technical analysis. #4 You're basing your trade off of fundamentals, news, and emotions, which all have nothing to do with how the stock market moves from week to week. #5 You want to short the market because you see how much you missed out when you were too afraid to buy in and now you want to make up for that FOMO by shorting the market back to where it was when you missed out. #6 There is no such thing as "overbought" there is only making money in the market, with the market, or losing money fighting the market.
